Q. How do I check on an order I have placed?

You may check the status of your order by signing into your Skin Pharmacy account. Alternatively you may contact our Customer Service Team on +44 207 278 2011 or via the Contact Us page. Please provide your order number when making enquiries.

Q. My pump will not work.

We use a next generation pump that relies on airless technology. It should take between 4 or 5 pumps on the product to release the serum. If the problem persists please contact us and we will arrange for a returns pack to be sent out.

Q. What happens if I get the product in my eyes? There are no harmful formulations in our products, however we do advise washing out with water in the usual way. If you experience further irritation, please consult your GP or medical professional immediately.

Q. I bought a discount voucher, how do I redeem?

Select the required item from our product range:

3. Login or Create Account

4. Enter your voucher code and click ‘Redeem Code Voucher’

5. Select postage and payment method

6. Accept Terms and Conditions and click ‘Submit Order’

You will then be re-directed to PayPal to complete the order Please note that only one voucher code can be used per transaction.

Q. Are your products suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, our products are suitable for vegetarians

Q. Do you test your products on animals?

No, Skin Pharmacy is against animal testing. The snake venom used in Wrinkle Killer® is purely synthetic.

Q. Can you send me samples of your products?

Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution.

Q. Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Skin Pharmacy?

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
